Return Policy - StySteps

Returns and exchanges
We'll be dismayed if you're not 100% satisfied with the item you receive, and we'll happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt on most items in new condition.


1. Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website, indicating the items you want to return and the reason. We will respond to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please package the returned goods in the original packaging.
3. Deliver the package to your local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will issue a refund to your payment account. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
 

Return conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is suitable for you, if not you can of course come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returns that you send directly back without checking with us first.
4. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return costs will be borne by you.
NOTE: Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
